Everton players out on loan (2015/16)

League One
Wigan: Francisco Junior - was not in squad for 3-2 away loss against Port Vale, might still be hamstring strain
Wigan: Jonjoe Kenny - came back in after international duty and played 90 minutes

No particular comments about Kenny on fan forums.

National League North
Stockport County: Calum Dyson - recalled by Everton due to U21 injury problems (!)
Stockport County: Jordan Thorniley - played whole game in 1-1 home draw with Brackley Town

No particular comments about Thorniley (again Stockport County were playing much of the match with 10 men after having a red card).

Presumably being at Stockport means they are unlikely to make it at Everton but may find their level lower down. Or do Everton think more highly of these lads ?
I imagine - given his decent performance on loan so far - Dyson might go out again at a higher level if things go OK for him. As well as what we want for them, it's a question of what the 'host clubs' need and want. After all, they are being offered all kinds of players from Chelsea and Arsenal (etc.) and that's a part of what Joe Royle is there to facilitate.

That's like the 4th or 5th game this season where County have had a man sent off

Tbh, I was debating including the Stockport loans, since they are at a level one league below the old Conference level, but Stockport is an ex-league club and could be considered to be a strong non-League side.

The keepers at Northwich Victoria are getting experience but we should remember that their level is the old second division of the Northern Premier League (or Southern League or Isthmian League) which - at least when I was in the UK - was nowhere near professional football.

I have no idea what goes on with our keepers (in terms of recruitment and development). We seem to have a never-ending procession of youth keepers who get released (even when they have got near the first team, like Ruddy) even though our PL squad choices are possibly the least convincing of all the squad areas.

i know dyson is pretty highly rated.

I think it's more about getting them game time, and the mentality that it isn't just a mess around and that games in the lower levels affect peoples livelihoods.

It's probably trying to mature them up a bit, and if they prove themselves they go up a level.

So obviously Galloway & Browning were 2 of the 4 players to make the step up that Martinez mentioned would feature this season, who do you guys think the other 2 are?
