I don’t think the deal is dead at all. Just two teams seeing who will blink first and Celtic need to be seen putting up a fight before selling their prized asset. My gut feeling is this will drag on another week before we officially bid and then it’ll all happen pretty quickly. We may chuck a player their way to sweeten the deal, maybe a loan for one of our younger lads or McCarthy part exchange.

I didn't say he played in those years, I said he played for Rangers 1872-2012. The current Rangers club was formed in 2012.

Mirallas has all the talent in the world, he just blows hot and cold. I would prefer Sinclair anyway. Antoine Robinson is a hot prospect at LB, Sellick might consider taking him on loan as part of the deal. Or what about Baines?

Aberdeen have finished in second place in the two years Sevco have played in the Scottish premiership, but though Sevco are an absolute shambles, the still have a lot more money coming in that any Scottish team, part from Celtic, and should have been second, but poor managerial appointments, Pedro Caixinha in particular was an insane appointment, and poor singings have meant the team who's supporters had been threatening they were coming after Celtic for years couldn't even get to second spot.
