Think he would be like Pukki when at norwich,not good enough when in the prem.

Maybe, think a PL club might take a punt on him. People also said that about Diaz and he was great for SU last season.

Well if you consider scoring 6-8 goals per season including pens as “doing it” then yeah I suppose he has done it.

He was spot on about the lad from Carlisle being decent though to be fair.

indeed worryingly with appr 2 weeks of the window to go it seems we have a lot to do in terms of INS and OUTS

I’ll be honest it must be a massive falling on my behalf but I genuinely didn’t know much about a couple of kids from Carlisle and Portugal who’d played about 20 first team games combined when we signed them

Yeah it’s just weird how a bloke who spends 10 mins in fields up and down the uk and may or may not have a whippet somehow managed to scout lads playing in Ukraine Italy Portugal France etc.

All teams make poor signings. Our recruitment was very poor for a long time, not helped by horrendous injuries and changing manager every season. It’s got better recently though which probably shows the scouting network is working better.

In the Prem he's averaged 1 in 4 for Brighton and 1 in 5 for Brentford so it. Not sure that counts as "doing it"

I'll give you Branthwaite but Chermiti wasn't really an unknown IMO.
