Everton Summer 2024 Transfer Thread

It was also 7/8 years ago Burnley. It’s a tougher league now, a lot more teams have been spending money after the top 6, you still have villa, Newcastle, West Ham have all spent plenty, even the likes of Bournemouth, Fulham,
I expect Brighton to spend for their new manager after bringing in a lot of money over the last few seasons. I will be amazed if we get anywhere near top half
10/15 place would be fine with me ofc would like better but understands takes time. Then keep adding to the squad new owners and stadium with increased money hopefully can start to look up at what points we need for europe again

Played at 10 and roams a bit anytime ive seen him mate, Gylfi or current Doucore slot.

Had a great season for Sheff Utd in the Championship year they got promoted.

Has goals and assists in him, in theory.
Yeah does seem to have been on the list for a long time now, think he can play wide but is not his main position. If we did get him would be for the postion you say a 10, then that leaves us with maybe another cm, two wingers( one who is a rm), with hopefully another cb.

Ndiaye is a very good player and my memory is that we tried to sign him before but he chose to go to France.

Exactly the type of creative player we need but a transfer I will believe only when I see him pictured at Finch Farm in front of the crest and if it is clearly not the picture of Idrissa Gueye which regularly pops up around new transfers.

Exactly mate. Seems we've liked him a long time. I think a clever 10, can find space on either side, we see it sometimes when an opposing 10 and winger may double team on say Coleman or Young for the overload, or just finds the pocket of space, think its all part of being a 10.

Not sure how reliable the link in, but im excited we've been linked with a midfielder that isn't a disrupter - we badly need creativity, goals and assists.
