Winks is average and has experience, gilmour isn’t even championship level, there’s levels in quality here and Winks will be on loan probably so both similar price.

Spurs are thought to value Winks, who has two years remaining of his contract, at £20million but Everton would look at an initial loan deal ahead of any possible permanent move.
