Experience have to do with it. He’s been one of the best CB’s In the world. And every player doesn’t need to have a sell on value.

Thiago is 36 and still playing, Ramos is 35 and just gone to PSG. Johnny Evans is 34. VVD has just turned 30.

Give him a 4yr deal and when that 4 seasons is up he will be 33. You’re sounding like he’s on his last legs

Yeh that is worrying. If we dont sign at least one pacey direct winger then Brands is a idiot. Doesn't have to be a world beater just someone who can stretch teams. James at UTD is not technically brilliant but is useful on the counter and creates space

I've got a mate who doesn't support any particular team, he just loves the sport. He's way happier than any of us. His biggest disappointment is a boring game which he can turn off at any time. Makes me sick!

He’s playing at the top end of the prem was my point, for a club that have just missed out on the champions league 2yrs running and won a trophy.

I wish we had bought him for 3:5 mil 3 years ago instead of the 25/30 spent on Keane & Mina
