Begovic is reliable and a solid keeper, I think Townsend & Gray off the bench would be decent to change a game up but the fact they will probably both start isnt great

Still waiting for Kieran Dowell, Lookman and JJ Kenny to start hitting the heights, based on their U23? world cup achievements

Think there is only a couple you have been correct with, Tielemans at Leicester and Diop at Spam

Players that need to be gone. Kenny, Keane, Delph, 31yo, Iwobi, Tosun, Broadhead. Branthwaite and Gordon need to go on loan as does Nkounkou if they don't think he's ready. We need a RB, CB, maybe LB depending on Nkounkou 2 CM. If Kean and/or James are sold they also need replaced like for like. We are going into this season in the worst position for years. I can see us finishing somewhere between 10th and 14th if we don't do some sensible business.
 

Given our financial state & FFP, the Martial claims have to be per talk.

Only way I could see that happening is if DCL was going the other way. Hope not.

nobody wants used second hand crap holy goods tbf ( no offence to one’s who do)
 
not having much hope for this week in terms of transfers, my predictions:

-Fume on here when Inter finally get Dmfries for like EUR 12M

-Constant links to Rondon but at the end of the week we are still considering our options while having to start a half interested Moise Kean against Southampton

-Someone like Virgina loan out only
