I don't play footy manager but I love fantasy and many times I've had to put a Bolton defensive midfielder in the team because I have tuppence left to by my mandatory 15th squad player. So I know what you mean.

Anyway this lad is 24. You never know, he may suddenly turn into a world class footballer at 25 just like Kante and VVD did.

This is the reason we can't sign anyone.

Average wage of around £5m a year and only two have been sold for a profit.

From the beginning of Moshiri's reign weve had an annual £55mil net spend on transfers. So thats £275mil over 5 windows.

We would easily make that back from player sales and be able to reinvest.

The issues are the extravagant wages being handed out to players who seem to treble their previous salaries...and the premier league caps on expenditure.

Just had a blimp of that Jorge Sanchez in a YouTube video.

Seems like a typical South American defender - loves a last-ditch recovery slidey that was likely necessary as a result of his own poor positioning to start with. Doesn't look to have bags of pace but at least seems skillful and appears to actually have an eye for goal, i.e. he likes to shoot when he can. Couldn't gauge much of his crossing ability from the little I saw though.

Would very much be a punt for our new RB, but for the right price I'd be content. He went to the Olympics with Mexico this summer.
