I can honelsty say in the last few years of watching Rangers games that this lad never registered with me.

I can see why people might hope it happens...Robertson, Tierney, Hickey all going on to better things, so he must be the next off the production line. But this just looks like a punt and in no way will impact our first team options.

We really need to be using cash more wisely than this.

Because anyone who's 18-21 is instantly hyped up in our fanbase and anyone 28-30 is instantly crap / on the decline.

None of us know who this lad is and chances are he would be absolutely bossing it for Rangers/Scotland if he was ready to be doing the business at a top 10 PL club as a starting RB.

Take the Zat glasses off and look at the reality of the situation and our dire need of an instant quality RB not a young kid who will need time to develop.

He's 19 and was in the Scotland Squad for the Euro's.

Livramento hasn't even played for England U21s yet, or played senior football of any kind prior to his move to Southampton last month. Now kicking arse in the Premier League.

Scotland are gash mate Steven Naismith was their talisman in recent years gone by.

Being stand in RB for them is hardly anything to shout about any more than it is to be stand in for a Moldova/Albania.

Rangers wont sell for £5M. They couldn't sell that to their fans who unbelievably think he's worth £30M from their forums.

Put that £5M to some other use and move on.
