I actually do agree with what foreverblue is saying. Even if this RB from rangers is high potential it’s still super risky buying him as the only RB signing because he’ll play second fiddle to Coleman till he has more experience. Would be a disaster spending the majority of the season with Coleman as our starting RB, could cost us millions or even a European spot.

Right back has to be a first 11 signing, hopefully if he is signed we sign a RB on loan like Dalot and get this kid some experience before risking him being a first team player when he’s nowhere near ready.

All the talk from Gerrard that the bid is derisory is something you dont do if you're locked into negotiations with a club for more cash.

He might well leave Rangers, but I doubt it'll be to Everton. That's bad faith by Rangers if it were an ongoing situation.

It's all Rangers this.

Rangers need a sale having bottled the CL qualification. Seems to me they want Everton to bid more. I wouldn't be surprised if we have moved on to a new target. I dont think we will be in a big bidding war for him.
