True about not panicking and there's still almost three months to go before the season starts so there's ample time for new appointments.
The same with new players coming and any departures. Yet, I can't help shake the thought that we have form for dragging things out.
You'd hope Moshiri would change that but it took a while to dislodge Martinez. Obviously we need the right man in charge so shouldn't rush...
...however I just want to start seeing progression and a new manager and bringing in the players he needs will be a massive sign of that.
We need a massive overhaul so the sooner it starts the better.

If we had a Director of Football and an underpinning long term philosophy of how we play and the type of player we need then maybe so.
But we don't and with the expected exodus of players we can't even say that we'll keep playing a certain way next season. It's all just guesswork!

I see that Volland is moving to Leverkusen for ~15m. Quality player there who can play anywhere on the front line. Was hoping he might have been a target. At one point he had spoken of a desire for England.
