Maybe somebody should ask the Esk why he knows all about Witsel, Carvalho, Mata and Koulibaby, but knows nothing about Gueye? I.e. maybe someone should ask him why he only pretends to be ITK about big name signings?

I once had an ITK moment involving Gary Naysmith moving to Sheffield Utd. He was on international duty with scotland and my uncle met him and chatted for an hour at the airport,he told him he was moving and posted it on Kipper,needless to say i got absolutely slated for it but a few days later he signed.
My brother has a friend who plays reserves for villa so he's going to ask about gueye, not just to see if he's coming to us but to get the view of somone who trains with him if he's any good.

How good is this Koulibaly?
I am a tad worried that we may get a fantastic amount for Stones but then splurge it all on one player who may just be another Mangala.
A bit like the RS did when they sold Torres and bought Carroll!
Is he the real deal? Apparently that other Senegal defender who plays at Anderlecht is just as good (according to his International manager) but miles less expensive.
I think I would be a bit happier if we bought in a 2 or 3 players with the Stones money instead.

Stones didn't play a minute but it wouldn't have changed your opinion. If Conte is a huge fan and willing to spend top money for him, and Koeman is just as keen, I'm happy to go with them on it as they know their defenders for sure.

Also regarding Gueye and Kone interest - I'm nervous about them both but it's probably down to their actual names which bring back dark memories.
Surely if we signed them both they couldn't be as bad as their namesakes?
