Williams will be a great addition to the squad - what we have needed for years.....a leader on the pitch. While Jags may be captain he's no leader.
If we got both that would mean Williams is on the bench , would he come here knowing he wouldn't be first choice , would it be wise to spend 10m on a 32 yrs old squad player ?
Exactly, the minute I watched a corner sail over our 6 yard box last night un-defended was the final straw for me, even though it went out of play on the other side. Stones and Mori are sub-standard at the absolute basics, I actually rate Galloway ahead of the pair of them.

Ashley Williams though - Screams of Arnoutovic. Agent using Everton to get his client a bumper contract.
If true, it's the classic strategy for new-money clubs: sign as many of the other clubs' best players as you can.
Can we get Sigurdsson while we are at it....I just wanted to know people's thoughts.
I like Ashley. Be a great squad player to have.
You think that's a bad thing?? Spurs nearly won the league this year with the same 8 £15m players.Be severely disappointed if we sell Rom and Stones then follow it up with seven or eight ten to fifteen million pound players.
All very Spursy circa 2012/13 and Liverpool 2014/15 after sales of Bale and Suarez.
