Everton Transfer Thread 2016

Kone looked the part last season for Sunderland... he's premier league ready and a good age... could be a very good signing. Walsh's brief is to identify talent, perhaps under the radar of other clubs looking at more glamorous foreign imports, think he could be a bargain. Imagine if we supplement these sort of solid buys with a couple of marquee players like Mata and Hart... then we'll all be throwing street parties.

Kone is near enough done. I think personally he is exactly what we need at this moment in time. Good strong uncompromising defender. Lets rebuild first before we even think about koulababy's of this world a player who most probably take 6-12 months to settle (look at mangala) Kone willl come in and do a very very good job imo, hes not gonna be your Stones type defender but again do we need that at this moment? or do we need someone just to "defend"??

Sir, I believe you're Jimmy's are rustled

Just think of the apostophe, the ' as replacing a letter. In this case, the letter 'a'. Now is he saying You are Jimmys (by the way no apostrophe on that either) are rustled? No, it makes no sense. Is he saying the Jimmys belonging to him are rustled? Yes he is! So you go for the possessive, the 'your'.

You are = you're
your = belongs to you

Yerssssss! fight among yourselves you savages... This is pure entertainment for us level-headed folk.

That Kone looked very decent for Sunderland last season but I just can't see Moyes selling to us particularly nicely.

How much is the rumoured fee?
Him and Kaboul were colossal the main reason we stopped up IMO losing only 1 of our last 11 games. He's quick, strong as a Ox, good in the air and reads the game well pretty much everything you want in a CB ... £18m is less of a gamble than that lad from Napoli who could easily be a Mangala MKII for £40m+

I liked the look of that kone last season tbh......exactly what we been missing......him and williams would give us solid platform at the back and we know they can hack the prem league.
