The Pooky fella at Norwich as wellForevbloo's suggestions last season.
Callum Wilson - 8 goals
Danny Ings - 22 (Also a one season wonder yet complains about DCL "purple patch")
Josh King - 6 goals
Zaha - 4 goals.
Consistently incorrect on all subjects, amazing! It concerns me that some of our fanbase would trade Josh King for DCL and Kean.
It concerns me deeply.
My point is there seems to be some myth built around DCL that he's some irreplaceable cog of the team and we would be screwed without him when in reality he's had a good 1 month spell in about 2 years playing in a front 2 which by virtue will give him more chances to score - stick Danny Ings, Pukki, Abraham, Ayew near enough any Centre forward but Joelinton alongside Richarlison and you'll get a similiar output to DCL's imo.
I hope he continues and becomes top class as Everton will only benefit from it but I wouldn't be shocked if he goes on another of his goal droughts once the new manager bounce wears off.
didn't see him say that to be fair, oh ffsThe Pooky fella at Norwich as well
Keane is more than a back up, he was MOTM in half of our games after the restart, he has just started looking like the defender we signed. There's a lot of things we need that we're just going to have to wait for. But half the people on here would say Keane is decent back up. Coleman can still do a job when used moderately. Gbamin looks a fine prospect and did well in a good league. Gomes will be boss again when fit. Bernard has many decent displays under his belt. Has had mental issues that he can overcome. Gordon is another that looks like a fine prospect. And DCL was being spoken of in England terms 5 months ago. All depends on your point of view.
Name me a better bench outside the top 6 and name me a better Everton bench in the last 20 years.
Would be a waste of money... think the rumors of who we are getting this window is good enough and it isn't worth going back to mediocre playersIt concerns me that some of our fanbase would trade Josh King for DCL and Kean.

Aye, on reflection I did notice that.Hate to break it to you but half the players in your lineup haven't signed for us...
Aye, on reflection I did notice that.
So, who you wanting instead of Coleman then? Arias?
For me Arias, Allan, Donkeree and Hamez improve us massively.
Now im not an expert on any of them, but all have their plus points.
If we can get those 4 in and maybe another little cheeky signing somewhere and get rid of some utter garbo this will be a decent window for me.
The proof will be in the pudding of course, but again I suspect we will be working right the way through till October 5th sadly.
Napoli started at 35m for Allan, Watford the same with Donkeree, if we can get both for 25m each, theres the money saved to buy Arias.
Thats the benefit of not "Just pay the money".
JUST PAY IT ITS NOT MY MONEY I DONT CARE
3 years later...
FFS WE CANT GET RID OF HIM BECAUSE WE’RE PAYING HIM SO MUCH MONEY THAT ISNT MINE
