It's early days but Funes Mori is not shrinking violet lid.

Again I agree. Funes Mori not to blame for the goal. It is usually the likes of Barry and Barkley who seem a bit 'all at sea' at defending corners. I am certain a few hours in front of a video (and on the practice pitch), with a proper defence coach, can sort this out. Once it is sorted, we are SO onwards and upwards. That was a very good game tonight. We played well...very well

Corners - team organisation and responsibilty not just central defenders.

Crosses into the 6 yard box, down to the keepers inability to command his box.

Better organisation on set pieces and a dominant goalkeeper and we would be sound.

It just needs sorting as it's so disheartening seeing this side be underneath sides like West ham, Palace and even the kopites when we are playing so much better.

Like in the semi finals against citeh imagine we play like that but get done by a Kompany/Otamendi corner it's stopping us from achieving what we are capable of.

This is so true. We have 2 x England centre back, 1 x Argentine centre back and international full backs. Organisation is all it needs and a better keeper.

I thought Everton were brilliant tonight, best side weve played all season imo

You need to get yourselves sorted because it will be injustice if you dont finish top 4.

From our point of view I felt we didnt play that great but yet again our 2 Cb's were warriors (and we got lucky) Zaha missing was a massive blow for us, we didnt look as balanced.

Tremendous discipline and shape in defence, you're a top team. Any other night and it's 3/4/5-1

If we keep playing like we did tonight we will do well all season. We were very good. How one of the balls that hit the post and crossbar didn't go in is a mystery

We will naturally suffer some key I njuries now, finish mid table and win nothing.

Can you imagine a Lukaku or Geri injury? Might as well just come back in August.

The laws of the universe dictate that if Everton have an opportunity to make a statement in the league we'll always pass it up. Honestly with the quality in this team we could be walking off with the top 4 but as usual Everton choke whenever we're close to achieving anything of note. It's happened for decades and will happen again this season. It's not Martinez and it wasn't Moyes it's just Everton.

Maybe we could hypnotise the club to make it think it's not Everton...

this could be the catalyst for a return to the glory years..

The draws are frustrating us this season. We've seen this in recent seasons too. Need to start delivering wins in the tougher games (like tonight) if we want to progress. Especially after last weeks debacle at Bournemouth. It feels like we're on the verge of taking off but we just can't get back to back wins and get going!

In a nutshell.

Ive said before, Spurs will get that 4th spot not because they play better football, but because they're consistant and enficient

No point making predictions as every game is different but for me we need to be getting 10 points there, I can accept a draw against Leicester with the form they are in but the other 3 need to be put to the sword if we have any hopes of 6th.
