beautiful

Just to balance things out, a lot of that was aimless passing around the back though. Got caught out on the ball a few times as well in defence, again. But a good win overall against a very awkward side

a lot of it was us dominating the second half and creating more than enough chances. i like that we're mixing it up though, pienaar's goal was a lovely goal.

It's not aimless. If they don't have the ball, they can't score, can they? There's always a point to it.

As some one said; A potential banana skin avoided ( they all are tbh ).
Not the best game ( i hope ) we will see all season but 3pts in the bag.

I'm all for 'Without Fear' but this passing it out from the back...and NO exceptions, is slowly morphing into fannying around and the football equivalent of russian roulette.

Bobby don't get sucked into the Moist scenario of Plan A ( no plan B ) I am right at all times, my way or the highway ( oh and btw there's no highway option ) thinking.

Jags and Distin don't seem happy with it and it seems to be affecting them in the confidence dept with relation to their core defensive duties...I want to hide behind the couch at every corner and free kick and the upside down fellaini faced keeper does not inspire too much confidence either....just sayin like.

FFS! had a 3-1 win prediction today. In this sites prediction league I how have 9 Draws (highest equal with the Blue Fox). I am like Everton last season who had the most draws (with Stoke) in the EPL...bloody Kone (who I actually think is a good player) should have given me an exact score win.

Can't disagree with that. Bruce has got them well organised and Huddlestone was a good buy for them. They harried us for 90 minutes but our extra class won us the game. Hull will give a lot of teams problems this season, I'mhappy with the 3 points. Shame about Kone's miss, he needs a goal to get him started.

Hull played well yesterday and yet we took over in the 2nd half. This is a good sign as in the past this was the kind of match we traditionally get draws in. Hull was also well rested while almost all of our starters were hoofing it around at various places around the world. Yes there were mistakes (there always is) but very pleased with the performance today.

Totally agree with this Distin in particular looked like he was really struggling with it. You could almost see Jags thinking '**** ive got to pass it to the milkman but I really don't want to, oh bollocks then here goes.......Oh **** he's f@#$/d it up again, I can't watch, here comes amish Tim, oh god oh god oh god JUST BOOT IT.'

I get the feeling if he had a better option that could defend he would be straight in.....................cue alcatraz.

Don't slaughter him, anyone can fluff a sitter.
He'll get goals this season.

I'm sure you're right. It looked easy but think about it. He didn't have much to aim at kicking to his right.

Maybe, given the chance again, he could've gone for the other corner, I don't know, but you have a split second to decide.

I bet that one day soon he'll score an important goal for us and then.....
