Let's take one positive from this latest debacle.

It is now impossible for us to lose, sorry get drawn, against the RS in the next round.

Reality check
Seasons over IMO
Continuous let downs
Leicester aren't anything special this season just like ourselves but a home tie against a team we should beat at home ,at home remember, fortress Goodison?
Thing is the last five league games gave us a decent return when many posters predicted less
But as normal "that's Everton "
Roll on August

Fed up though watching the RS march to cup finals year in year out whilst not affecting their league form yet we look leggy and jaded and leggy after an hour in all our big matches.Need to have a new policy put in place where nobody over 30 can be offered a new contract.Barry 2 years was a joke.

I do 2 £5 20 team acci's every weekend , just for fun.

espanyol (last night) Northampton (I had as a draw) Hartlepool , Sheffield utd (I had as a draw) stoke and Newcastle let me down on one. (that was around 900k)

on the other , Livingston and Wycombe were letting me down but come back to win. so just needed everton to beat Leicester and tomorrow Liverpool to beat Portsmouth. would have won £42365.63 to be precise.

Why oh why do you bet on Everton?!?! :o :o

Just got back from the game and I'm sick of it. Where to start? No movement whatsoever. Too much ball watching. No energy or tempo. We didn't put any concerted pressure on Leicester at any point in the game. Baines and Valencia were our best players. Not sure why he hauled Valencia off because he was trying to make things happen. Barry and Barkley were completely useless in the midfield. I'm not singling Davies out because he is a kid but Barry and Barkley offered nothing. Barry jogged around and that was it with the odd sideways pass thrown in. Barkley again failed to fulfill his so called potential.

The gap between Leicesters' 2 center backs was huge and we didn't exploit it at all. There were no runners from midfield getting into the box in between the Leicester center backs. They were so wide you could have built a dual carriageway between them.

These players lack passion for the shirt. The only one who does is Baines and at a push, Coleman.

Rant over.
