Loving your optimism Matt but we have just been bummed by the RS in front of the whole football world watching on TV. It's beyond embarrassing.

Did they really bum us though?

I think they didn't get back into the game until that freak back pass. Until then they were typical RS. Huff and puff nowhere.

Again we just need to add to the quality we have. Hopefully without - creative ball keeping - people being fecking CUP TIED next time round.

And ensuring everythings in place - EARLY DOORS.

If we forgive Moyes for that humilation then we will forgive him for anything. There's no excuse, Everton lost the game rather than Liverpool winning it. Liverpool are not a good cup team, they were just lucky to be playing a shambles.I think that recent easy 3-0 Moyes designed Liverpool win gave them all the confidence they needed going into this match,

It was obvious after 10 minutes that we were never going to win the game. We are psychologically in awe of Liverpool. We had no belief. Our passing game and attacking intentions were non existent. The space we gave their midfield was shocking. It was like Gerrard had hypnotized them. Even when Liverpool gave us a blunder goal we couldn't step it up. As usual we sat back and let them build up a momentum that would never allow us back into the game.

The final scoreline should have been much more decisive for them. Cardiff City gave them a much more competitive match.

IMO only Jelavic put in the effort. I expect him to be dropped by Moyes at some point next season, be sold and then flourish at his new club.

I've always said Distin is accident prone. Why not just kick the ball out of play rather than lay it on a plate for Saurez? Saurez destroyed him today.

Moyes has already destroyed our box of tricks Drenthe. I'm sure Drenthe will not hang around with this idiot for much longer.

Also Pienaar must be mad considering returning to a club that's just sold him. This is luck that Moyes doesn't deserve.

Over the next few days we will hear every excuse imaginable for this unforgiveable performance, all of them will be delusional crap

This may not be popular but.......

Next year jelavic, drenthe and pienaar with Fellaini and gibson in the middle, we'll be boss. I know optimism is hard to take for some at the mo but cone on lids

We could have a very decent team this year if we add more bargain buys/loans like we did in January. I think next season holds some promise.

Need to do things early this time round.

No excuses this summer from the board.

They've had a vastly reduced wage bill this season... for one thing.

It was a shocking second half performance. Jelavic rolling around like a tit. Fellaini back to the clumsy days of old. Coleman diving around like an amateur. I really don't know what Cahill offers us anymore besides a few aimlessly shocking passes into nowhere. The only players I felt did ok were Osman and Jelavic as they seemed to be trying to find space and make things happen but all too often the midfield sat way too deep meaning we were just hitting longs balls and not retaining any possession. In the first half we were hardly good but looked relatively comfortable but as soon as they equalised, which was coming, then there was only going to one winner. We were just too predictable and I'm no Moyes hater but it's an obvious fault in his management style.

First half we could and should have won this game, yes the Donkey had two excellent chances (that Jelavic would have buried) but beyond that they were woeful.

What the fu ck did Moyes say to them at half time? "we're one up boys, that's great let's just sit back and soak up the pressure and try and nick another one?" whatever he said that was the turning point, we just didn't come back out of the shed.

Blame? Well for me, Moyes for whatever dumb ass talk he gave them at half time, Distin for that absolutely fecking woeful attempt at even kicking the ball back to Howard, my 9 yr old with Down Syndrome could do better. Moyes for bringing Coleman on (too late a substitution anyway). Moyes for his team selection, just look at the bench ffs. Colman, well for just being on the pitch, a yellow within minutes and lucky to not get a red later giving away the free kick that they scored from. I could go on, but won't.

Praise? For the first half every blue that was at Wemley, on the crap ESPN feed the atmosphere sounded electric, the team for taking it to the ****e and even Moyes for actually playing an 11 that could win the game. For the second half all the blues who stayed and tried to get the team back going.

Bye-bye Europe and the income.

Not going to fume this time, shouldn't have expected anything else. Moyes has to go and there have to be major changes to the team, not going to happen with Ken****e at the helm because no money will be spent.

You call yourself Groucho after Groucho Marx presumably.

What a great comedian he was.

Done him proud with that one mate.
