500m spent.
  • Two strikers in the entire squad.
  • Right-footed centre backs at left back.
  • Switching between keepers as they're all awful.
  • A well-and-truly-finished right back.
  • Having to play the likes of Gomes and Davies.
  • Having to continously call on Iwobi even though he's genuinely bottom half of the Championship standard, but there's nobody else.
  • Nothing at all in backup.
  • Seemingly no players from the u23s anywhere near as good as our worst first team offenders.
apart from Coleman I agree

like f he did

he was pushed backwards, by his neck
The good thing is, because the referee didn't see the incident, the FA will now intervene as it was a clear act of violent conduct and worthy of a red card, and he'll be banned for his actions.

Or rather, nothing at all will happen because the FA has been fully intent on getting United back to the top of the table for a good 18 months now.

Hurt to see Mina picked up by his windpipe and thrown to the ground, thought he was our hardest player. No wonder the likes of Bernard hide.
TBF It looks like he was pinching Cavani’s back in a true South American snide way so I recon he was aiming for a reaction.... what I found more frustrating was when Olson hit him in the kisser and he went off (having had treatment) when we needed him to defend a corner. Camera even cut to Dunc on the bench who looked livid...there was f all wrong with him. thought Mina did ok tonight but he needed for grow a pair in that instance.

Everytime we lose a big cup game it stings more and more. I dont think anyone at the club understands how embarrassing and demoralising it is to be surrounded by reds and mancs when the last time your club won a trophy, you were less than 1 year old.

Are their any stats for teams who give possession away the most, Everton would be top every season ,these players are just glorified amateurs .

Turd but thats the difference between us and a top 5/6 squad. We don't have the depth of squad, utd play vdb, cavani and greenwood. We are looking to bernard, davies and Tosun. Our starting 11 looked knackered, took them 30 minutes to get into it. Squads not there yet but its certainly going in the right direction so Ill try take some positives in terms of the bigger picture but man its gutting.
Yes, when tomorrow comes and the anger levels drops a bit Manure have a massive squad with 2 quality players in every position, and with time and a couple more windows Carlo should improve us for the long term, but it wouldve been one helluva crimbo after a shoite year if we'd been in a cup semi and top 5 in the league.. but we didnt even give it a go :(

Our we surprised they always do our head in before Christmas remember getting tore apart by spurs switch off everyone merry Christmas blue supporters x

Forget that crap cup which will be got rid of within the next 5 years. More concerned now with richarlisons fitness ahead of what will be a sheff utd team well up for it and half our squad will be knackered.

Calvert lewin looked out on his feet there and I really fear that the implications of fielding our strongest 11 there will be costly, particularly for our next 2 games.
Agree completely, i think it was the right call to play the strongest 11 but now its a BIG worry after watching that 90mins that it may have been a game too much for some & we don't have the squad depth to be confident in getting a result against anyone with 3 or 4 starters left out.

Come on. Watch the replay.

Of course it's a red because you don't put your hands on another player like that.

The theatrical jolt of Mina's head and arms backwards suddenly. A person his size going over that easily. That's playacting.

He should have booted him in to orbit next chance he had.

Did you see Lamela earlier this season, when Martial flicked him?

It's a clear red, and the ref missed it.

True look at the subs, they bring on Shaw, Rashford and Martial.. we bring on Bernard, Davies and Tuson.
We have a good first 11 after that we are pants.
