It's really really hard to take the last 2 games, when we almost cheated a win, and then lost to a rubbish, rubbish team today, with awful performances. We definitely need competition and help for DCL, Richy, Coleman, Doucoure and Allan - only our 4 centre halves are really excellent - today and last week felt like a Marco Silva performance and a Moyes - one of those weeks where you feel awful looking at where we should have been with an additional 5 points. Still, on balance, let's remember we have had, since 2013-14, a pretty mediocre, awful time - and apart from Lukaku, few stand out performances. Now we have Those 9 players I mentioned above + James who are really excellent. So we've got 10 players we can count on. On balance, we need to get to 5th or 6th place and that will be amazing with this squad, and will give James, Ancelotti, Richy hope that this team is going somewhere.

on top of that other results have gone our way sort of - spurs, Man U , Arsenal...

It was the inevitability of the result, coupled with a rancid performance that is the biggest annoyance.

It was an embarrassment.

The only positive thing that can come from it is swifter movement on sales and possibly increase the urgency to bring others in.
