I agree. As much as we need to win a cup to get the fans back used to winning things we need to be higher in the league for the sake of establishing ourselves back at the top end in the minds of players

Knew this would be a tough game so disappointed with the lineup we started with.

Having said that, some of the players that got a run out have surely cemented their departure from the club.

Can't blame the window for that. The side we put out should win that game. Too many players simply played crap.

That said, we will see the ambition of the club and Moshiri in January as if we don't act early to add a striker and A/M it's criminal.

The fact that we made 6 changes highlights that it's not a priority for Koeman. The result highlights that we don't have strength in depth. We knew our squad is light. Let's just hope we don't get key injuries before January and get a few players in then.

Still should have won. Funes Mori and Cleverley are awful footballers.
