Gibson is still the best we've got in the creative end of DM unfortunately.

Based on today, I'd be tempted to agree that Mo underperformed, but he should not have been on the bench so much recently. Gibson is crocked again, so we have to start to put some faith and trust in the younger, quicker, fitter, hungrier players... in my opinion.

Based on today, I'd be tempted to agree that Mo underperformed, but he should not have been on the bench so much recently. Gibson is crocked again, so we have to start to put some faith and trust in the younger, quicker, fitter, hungrier players... in my opinion.

I agree, but when fit, Gibson is the best partner for McCarthy we have.

Felt the first half was reasonable, but second half, we sat back and lost the ability to pass to each other. Kone was poor as was, for my money, Baines. He didn't seem to have any idea of who he was marking and far too often got caught out of position leaving Ossie and Jags to provide cover... Think the sooner the season ends and Baines can get away from football for a few weeks to sort himself out, the better.

He's rarely fit, and with a metatarsal now, he could be gone for good.

I agree about Besic being younger, quicker etc. I personally don't think he's any better
I think Ledson, Browning and Garbutt should get more league game time

People have been bitching that his teams cant defend and we're in free fall blah blah blah.

Hes done what was needed and shored it up, especially during an injury hit period and picked up 3 wins in tough match ups

Three points, not a great performance if we're honest but I'll take the points at this stage of the season

Can't lie, I fumed when Besic came on for Barkley ( soz Goat ). Maybe there was a good reason for it, but I'm buggered if I can see it. Naismith for Kone made a difference though.
