Unfortunately I run a pub in a small village that are all red!!!!

Get qwhere i'm coming from, do you really think they are going to let me live down our latest mauling.
You've just reinforced the great stereotypical image of a Kopite.
They go the pub, we go the game. Feck them all hold your head up but remember, they do what they do, we do what we do just ignore the beauts.

I must be the only Evertonian who wants Liverpool to qualify for the champions league as they fill my pub watching it (we go the game and all that).

So come the 19th the more goals they get the more money they will spend, every cloud has a silver lining i suppose.

Look lads, the manager only gets £7M a year......what salary......I thought you meant transfer budget.......he's on HOW much per week and we are putting up with this......it's a joke, the whole thing is a joke.......and the joke is on us......

The thing is tho mate, a lot of us don't ignore it, we let the hate fester inside us until it gets to the size of an ugly, unaesthetically pleasing, fuckstain of a main stand! which is quite, forgive me, small time... to go back to your original point, indeed, lets forget about those irrelavent scrotes from across the way and get our own house in order first. Maybe then we can start to emerge from this malaise that's gripped us for as long as I can remember.

Happy anniversary by the way mate ;)

Totally pathetic and inept performance. Lots of blame attached to Koeman but he needs time. He's working with a bunch of totally overrated set of players. Going forward, of today's starting line up I'd only keep 3-4 of them.
Coleman, Williams, Guaye and maybe the Lukaku who looks interested. Unfortunately he only turns up with or three times a season.

I don't know where to start :(

Stek made a couple of stunning saves to keep the score down but IMO his positioning was woeful for their goal.

I would go for Gana but failing to hit the target when the goal was gaping is unforgivable in the context of today's game.

Barry had what must be near enough his worst ever game for us and Ross was dreadful, as were Baines and Jags.

Bolasie was his usual self.....pretty anonymous then popping in to the game to say "hello" with either a decent cross or a wayward shot every once in a while.

Then he provided a comedy moment in the last minute of stoppage time with a half arsed foul throw in their half just when we had the chance of a last roll of the dice.

I had forgotten Lennon was playing until he was taken off :(

I am sorry to say Williams does not look the same imposing, rock of a centre half he did when I watched him playing against us with Swansea.

(I was delighted we signed him, still am in fact, but I now see why he was at the Swans for such a long time)

Lukaku was not good then again a striker needs service and he gets none worth talking about these days.

Seamus was about the best of the starting XI IMO but even he looked ropey on more than several occasions.

Which leaves the subs.

Sadly, Gerald really does seem to be losing his way under Koeman and following a bright opening ten minutes after he came on he was ineffective.

Valencia did not have a lot of minutes today but in fairness to him he looked lively and he might not be a forlorn hope after all.

Which leaves me voting for Kev.

I thought he at least looked like a professional footballer when he got on the ball ;)

So my vote is for "one of the substitutes" :)

And a big manly hug for Andy for being able to muster the enthusiasm to write such a good report on that pile of rubbish today :(

You are a better man than I am, Gunga Din :pint2:

Thanks for that. My special weekend almost over. Bubbly drunk, the four bottles of Shipyard ale have numbed the pain.
In no way do I want a medal for it, but those of a certain age, of which I am one, are (whisper it) almost immune from the outpouring from the shoite.

This is now beyond embarrassing, there should be no pathetic excuses i.e. "We need to ..............etc etc," nobody seems to want to make an effort, they should give a refund to all the fans who made that trip to the south coast, and the club hierarchy should bring the players to task.

For many of us, we would love to see RK give other lads a game. Holgate and Davies go without saying.
But when will he do it? How many more uninspiring defeats before he grows a set?

Had he done a few games a go, I am sure many conversations on GOT would not be happening!

You say how many 'uninspiring defeats' mate - but really it's just been today and Chelsea.

Bournemouth and Burnley were infuriating mind, but we also didn't get the luck as well.

I'm confident Koeman will find the solution, but yeh it needs to be sooner rather than later
