Judging by our goal celebration yesterday so many of our players are far better dancers than footballers but if I want to see good dancing I'll watch the BBC on a Sat night.

In fact that goal celebration was the most organised thing about us yesterday ffs

If we ever take the lead ever again how about getting on with asap, put the opposition under more pressure, and who knows we may even score a second when their heads are still down.

I’ve watched it back from yesterday and it really was a poor game by both sides but Wolves were terrible, much worse than us IMO.

We had some real clear cut chances and if we score them we are home and hosed but that absolute lack of quality in the final third is dire.

Gordon was woeful, he had that massive chance and was played in by Myko only for his first touch to take it to the keeper.

Maupay crapped himself when they made a mistake and a better first touch meant he could have had a long range shot at an open goal.

A team with proficient players in form scores those and are comfortable winners. We miss those opportunities and then pile bodies forwards to get the winner to be then be hit by the sucker punch.

Absolutely dreadful yesterday. The passing round the back in the last minute was just awful. None of the players have confidence and the bulk of them are just not Premier League quality. Nice guy as he is, Lampard has to go and soon. If that’s the best game plan he can come up with against bottom of the league at home after 7 weeks off, he just needs to be relieved of his duties. God knows how his replacement will get a tune out of this mob but we are now in last throw of the dice territory.

Don't know why some are blaming the crowd for that? It wasn't a hoof either, it was a brilliant pass from Tarkowski and it did set up an attack.

Agree with most that it was a poor game between two poor sides, although you probably did enough to win on the balance of chances - worth noting Iwobi was offside for that header though, so that wouldn't have counted.

Gordon had to score and I genuinely couldn't believe how slow Maupay was when we decided to send him through 1vs1.

There were positives for us as our fitness had been questioned, so to see four players in the box late on was very pleasing and that was the first goal we've scored after the 56th minute this season! We also battled more than we have done.

However, no doubt we need to improve massively but there's every chance that 6 or 7 of the starting XI that began yesterday won't be in the starting XI in a few weeks, so that does offer room for optimism for us.

Can understand why Lampard was furious but thought he was very generous with his assessment of your performance. You had the bigger chances but most came from our bad play and, maybe bias, but thought we had more of a plan in terms of pressing and trying to build up than you did, even if it didn't always work.

Would expect us both to be in the mix come May, but your history means I always expect you to get out of it. The three I'm hoping/banking on is Forest, Southampton and Bournemouth but it's going to be a nervy ending.

Can't play the way Lampard wants because the players are not good enough to make it work well.

Knocking the ball between the CBs pointlessly on the halfway line for half of stoppage time before managing to then go and concede.
BTW, the second part of this isn't, IMO, what Lampard wants or is asking for.

It's the players showing zero bravery or nous.
