Hey guys,

I have one question concerning Dennis Adeniran. Are their any rumours about his future in the niext season? Will he stay in the U21 team or is he on the way to a CS team on a loan transfer?

Did get an email before off Everton announcing their new revamped site so maybe it is updated now.

The new site u18 bit still showing the odd player like Tom Murphy who we let go last year and Adedoyin. We usually do a formal “ meet the new Scholars “ release this week so it should come soon.

I missed that bit, just saw that all the U23s were training together including Denis Adeniran. I would say he’s favourite for being loaned out. I thought he was more impressive than Markelo last season and key to Unsworth’s system, but he would have been watched by a number of Scouts , so maybe a mid Championship club like Wigan.

Our squad for the Sunday game is paper thin so expect lots of kids.

So I know when Brands came that he had a vision of how the club will play from the top down regardless of who the manager is and that we would be hiring managers capable of playing in the style that Brands wants to. He said that this would also aid in the progression of our youth team prospects through the ranks of u18 to u23 to the senior squad.

I’m just wondering, has that really happened for us? I haven’t seen much of he u23s but from what people say on here it seems like they play a lot more defensively than our senior squad.

This is sort of the reason why I hope Simms is given his shot at the first team and not sent to the u23s. Give the boy as much time playing like Silva would like him to play and don’t set him up to play one way then ask him to play another as soon as he steps into the highest level like DCL.

Can’t that happen at pretty much every level of football? He’s 20, unless we’re gonna give him game time he should absolutely be going on loan rather than another year of U23’s football.

Unsworth will either have to change his ideas or be replaced.
I would not not be surprised to see him getting a first team managers job in a lower division soon ,or in Scotland

Won't be going to Scotland, takes too long to get there from Aughton. Mrs Unsworth is settled there, so will only take a job in the NorthWest. Possibly Wigan if Joe decides to sack the manager

Josh Dugmore’s name was on that list about 10 days ago but removed from the current u18 list. Most of the new Scholars were told back in November, I think Onyango ‘s Twitter was shown on here then for example, so he’d have likely known for a while but couldn’t sign for BCFC til July. Good luck to him, a dream for any kid to sign for the club you support.

Read Mick Rathbone's book, it can become a nightmare. Less likely with Birmingham where they are now. Mick was totally in awe of Trevor Francis, couldn't even pass tohim.
