A cracking goal from Walsh and it looks like it was him who made the pass for Delial's goal in true DelBoy to Rom style.

I watched a clip of the U18s last year doing their " cross bar challenge" I.e. Trying to land the ball on the cross bar from way out. Only Delial Brewster managed it , with his left foot too. But the practice obviously paid off for Walsh., though I can't remember his attempt. I do remember that Callum Connolly struck his with his right foot , not bad for someone who plays predominantly on the left.
Any way , great goals , worth a watch.

In part of Rhino's last post match talk he said something like " Kieran (Dowell) and Sam Byrne are over their injuries and ready to return. So we will look at loaning people out." Grant was loaned out a day or two later. It would be really good to see Kieran Dowell back and playing regularly again maybe in this match. There must be high hopes that he makes a first team squad later in the season.

I really hope Dowell can push on and become a first team player. That game during pre-season he was amazing, and he's not like any other player we have. Would be very interesting to see how he would fit into our team if he can reach that level.

See a lot of Steve McManaman in him, could do the non-winger winger role on the left.
