He has a deeper voice than me. Can see him getting fast tracked purely on that basis nothing else

What I like about both, is they have experience of mens football. A different world to academy or even reserves stuff. It's a small sample, but it makes a lot of sense to target young players who have that experience.
 

There is an increasing race to the bottom in terms of 'smaller' clubs fielding younger and younger players as that is a very easy and effective way to put them on the market. It's rife in South America and getting worse in Europe as well.

Not saying that against Loney and Graham specifically but it is a growing trend.
