Nice to see James Yates featuring at right back and being involved in the first goal. Now he's off to Crew on loan until January , which is a good move as he's not really pushed on in the last 12 months and was probably 3 or 4th choice in our u23s.

Tom Davies scored for England U19's. Ended 1-1, Nathan Holland also started, with Anthony Evans on the bench.

Looks like i just beat you too it. Must be that new Wifi box BT have just shafted on me.
Evans is a very tidy player. Anyone know much on Holland? Never seen him play.

Cheers for info, overloaded with options in midfield it seems. Am i under the right impression that we can still loan lads out from the youth teams to the Football League? I know the emergency loan period has been scrapped for Premier League (i.e. loans had to be done before the deadline last night), but didn't the football league bypass these changes? Seems like a few are going to have to go out considering the quantity of players.
It does seem weird when we buy these players who are 19 and have only just started playing at league 1 level, just to throw them into our reserve team, you wonder how old they'll be to make the step up, 21/22?
No FIFA have stopped that too. We were the only country still doing it, and I've been forced to move into line with everyone else unfortunately. If we wanted to loan anyone out it would've have to have been by yesterday. January window is he next chance now.
Isn't this basic system working fairly well for the club right now, though? In the last four years alone it's produced John Stones, Mason Holgate and Brendan Galloway. That's frighteningly good.
