Is there any official proof this Brazilian kid is even at Everton?
In terms of squad lists no, won't be until he is a scholar.
However he does have Brazilian media reports with him at Finch Farm and various social media postings that say he is. Would be an elaborate lie!
Then again we had some Kenyan midfielder called Vieria who appears in lots of media reports but I've never seen any evidence of actually existing.
An example of the Kenyan midfielder stories would be:
"
Former Kenyan Premier League (KPL) midfielder Jacob Omutanyi is expected back in the game and hopes to recover the form that saw him feature at English Premier side Everton FC, states his former club Ligi Ndogo.
The player has been sidelined for more than six months after he tore his Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) during first team training.
Trials
The midfielder, nicknamed
Vieira, has undergone a torrid patch in the last two years.
The former Muhoroni Youth midfielder survived a scare when unknown assailants attacked him at his Umoja home and suffered deep lacerations from electrocution.
Initial reports placed it as rival fans who were not pleased at his team choice. The matter got complicated when police placed him at the centre of a drug heist gone bad.
The gifted midfielder joined the
Toffees in November of 2015 after playing for both provincial side,Tena United and Kenyan Premier League’s Muhoroni Youth before he joined Ngong’ road based Ligi Ndogo in 2014.
Martinez impressed
After impressing in a series of matches for Ligi Ndogo, he was part of the group invited to travel to Newcastle-upon-Tyne, for a series of exhibition matches.
He could not return home as his drug case resurfaced in a dramatic twist and became the victim of further threats and in his time at the Merseyside, he caught the eye of former
Toffees coach Roberto Martinez at a community coaching session at Finch farm, Everton.
He also had trials with other English Premier League sides but finally settled at Merseyside and had been training with the club's main team before his injury.
