It's been 5 years since I moved back to Liverpool but one is near Ham, another is Ascot (or off Sun Lane by Hampton Court) and the third is Dulwich Hamlet's ground. Why are the home games in Southport? Do they really expect many people to go all that way for the youth teams? There must be somewhere closer that they can play at?
Where were those? I haved played in that area for years, and am currently playing for a Vets team![]()

Yeah, disappointing but not the same strength in depth we've had in the previous 3 years and it shows when the better players are not playing. And if we look at individual development the three who have played regularly at U23s level, Morgan Feeney , Antony Evans, Beni Baningime, offer the most promise.damn, ah well. Another season of good development from the boys, with an 18 year old now a starting first team member. Results are all good and well, but at that age is more about individual player development imo. The same starting XI won't ever be a starting XI for everton's first team, for example, only a couple will make it with us and most will make it as pro footballers, which is the point of the academy.

With the pressure off the u18s its also a chance for some others to be considered for the U23s like Fraser Hornby and Alex Denny.
