Sky were truly awful post race. Kravitz couldn’t wait to call out Max and stick the knife in. Pinkham with Toto was cringeworthy and have a look at how Davidson looked at him. They can’t help themselves.
It’s really pathetic. But when Norris puts Max on the grass last week, it’s about the pole sitter claiming the corner

Norris divebombs the inside, Verstappen avoids contact.

Norris pushes Verstappen off track, could have easily banged wheels and gotten a puncture there but both escape.

Verstappen defends as aggressively as Norris has attacked and they touch.

"Verstappen dirty driver"???

Either both are or none are. I want to see racing at the limit. What both did was largely fine, at the limit, maybe a bit clumsy.

There wasn't anything dirty. When at the limit, missjudgements happen. It's fine, take deep breaths.

This is a thread about Formula 1. The motorsport. Can you kindly leave this silly political rubbish out of it. We have enough "politics" inside of F1 to muddy the water and yet we have you in here slinging political slurs (as well as that "lovely" euphemism) because someone doesn't agree with you.

Dive Bombs are not against the rules, not leaving a car's width is breaking the rules.

Do I think the actual contact was some horrendous piece of dirty driving, no... it was not a misjudgment though, it was an intentional attempt to crowd him out and he did it because Norris had his best run yet and was going to get a huge run coming out of the corner + DRS. You can clearly see on the replays that he does a slight change of angle towards the outside of the corner as soon as he starts braking, it's very very clear in the replays.

Lots of drivers have done similar over the years, but it is against the rules and should 100% of the time be a penalty. That said if some other drivers in the mid-pack had the exact same incident no one would be talking about it that much.

TLDR: Verstappen is clearly to blame, not a misjudgment but not exactly the biggest crime ever and will be overblown because of it being for the win and Verstappens prior reputation for moving under braking.

Actually i guess you could say the amount he cut across was a misjudgment but the actual move itself to crowd him out under braking was intended. He just [Poor language removed] it up, if he just admitted this rather than crying about how Lando 'can't just keep sending it' (he absolutely can) then he probably wouldn't get quite as many pelters.
