Got to judge at the end of the transfer window as there have been many variables at play which can lead to us being slow bringing in players.

1. New manager
2. Only recently bringing in a DOF which is what Koeman has worked with at other clubs
3. Euro 2016 and the possible effects of the Pogba deal.

We've lost our first choice centre half to City and Besic to injury and brought in a backup keeper and Gueye (who isn't an obvious upgrade).

This for a squad that desperately needs signings all over the park.

I think perhaps give it a season before you even start to judge the bloke. We haven't kicked a ball in anger yet!
