Probably the most frighteningly alien post I've read on here.

No mate, we dont have the right to go elsewhere really do we? And we're not buying a commodity either are we really?

If you think that's what a football club is all about then I'd suggest you read a bit of the history of the club you support. It's a club that's provided outdoor relief to workers and their families who couldn't put food on the table; it's a club that's donated millions to local hospitals and welfare programmes throughout it's history; it's a club, in short, that prides itself on NOT JUST BEING AN ENTITY THAT TAKES AND DOESN"T GIVE BACK.

That's the heritage that Moshiri walks into. So sorry for having the temerity for actually requesting where this feller specifically can bring to fruition any plan he might have. After all we're all just merely a customer in the free market football industry aren't we?

His plans are coming in to fruition Dave.

He's there for one reason and one reason only for me: get an iconic stadium built that goes on the Liverpool skyline (preferably north end docks) that'll sicken the Kopites forever and give Everton a fighting chance to compete on the pitch.

If he gets firm decisions in place for that within his first season here there can be grounds for complaint.

I'm sure that everyone will be happy soon enough, with little complaining to be had.

Nope we're still operating from the reptilian brain. Small scale maybe but nothing has changed substantially since we left the caves.
Actually I disagree slightly
I think there is evidence of overactive limbic systems which express emotion and if unchecked by a well developed neo-cortex (the logical reasoning brain) then heads start to fall off all over the place
Either that or pineapples have invaded the bodies of some GOT members

Sometimes my brain feels prickly but that comes more from the express style of pineapple.

Farhad though. Really liking what he's trying to do.

As soon as he ended Roberto's ruinous reign I knew he was the saviour we had hoped for. In one fell swoop he brought Nil Satis back alive again and ended the nightmare.

And the Aquaduct.

Ok so apart from

Clearing out Debt
Sacking Bobby Brown Shoes
Getting in a well regarded manager in RonKoe
Hiring the scout that took Lecisester to the Title
Installing new toilets
Sold a wantaway ted of a player for a whacking fee
Promised 3-4 new signings

What has Moshiri ever done for us?

And given us genuine hope of an iconic, state-of-the-art, riverfront, Kopite-fume-inducing stadium ;)
