Has a plan, unlike sell to survive happy in prem Blue bill

He's got Walsh and Koeman so far

Yes he's failed on some aspects but I'd rather give him time than bill

I'd settle for him having a plan, regardless of how much money he puts in.

Anyone who has an idea for the future is an upgrade on Kenwright. Remains to be seen if that person is Moshiri though.

@The Esk

Having read the article it seems to attach blame to BK and Elstone.

I was under the impression they were not involved in transfer business .

What's occurring?

In the early part of the summer when we were "marquee hunting" they had no involvement - it was Moshiri and Ryazantsev doing the initial pitch to agents, and then players.

When the strategy changed (at the time of Walsh's arrival but not totally related) we were looking more at domestic markets and I suspect Bill was used to leverage existing relationships (he was heavily involved in Stones' sale). Elstone as CEO has to be part of the completion stage, particularly in the absence of alternatives.

I don't expect the same mistakes to be made in the next window.

All 1 big happy family.

Well, apart from McGeady.
McGeady is.......

I think it's personally too late by the next window.

That statement on SKY is ridiculous and makes Farhad look like a complete idiot .

I suspect he now has ALOT of work to do to appease an already curious fan base .

No offence but the picture you paint is at total odds of the evidence laid out in front of us and this isn't me calling you, merely stating the obvious .

I for one am absolutely confused at how to feel about the new regime and I suspect many thousands are the same.

They will be tainted by this window no doubt can't see it rectified in January which is notoriously bad window for major acquisitions

Lets just take a step back for a second....

What is Moshiri hadn't taken over Everton in the summer, do you think you would have been better off or worst off right now?

In a summer transfer window that has seen transfer values almost double. Would people have been happier if Everton had gone balls deep and spent 150mil on the likes on Williams, Bolasie, Sissoko, Behrami, Kone & Gabbiadini (forget Stones sale). After that, would you be confident that Everton would be challenging for the CL or the title?

I can take a pretty confident guess that if Moshiri had of spent that and not got results, he wouldn't have put the same in again. The nuts & bolts of it is that Everton are a better side now than they were. Others have spent more, some wisely but majority not, and what have they really got for it?

Who knows with all the craziness, January could be a better time to buy?

The issue is for years there has been speculation about BK and this just adds to the fuel.

I literally have no idea how to feel about the club right now. How can we believe him on a stadium if he is supposedly spouting such rubbish re Sissoko and McCarthy who I know for a fact they were trying to flog.

I'm left feeling a little perplexed after yesterday's fiasco and Moshiri's alleged quotes today.

I've welcomed Moshiri's investment with open arms, not least because most of my life supporting Everton has been dominated by settling for mediocrity.

What I instantly liked about Moshiri was not just the money factor but rather that there seemed to be an obvious plan - get a solid manager on board, get a talent scout on board with a great track record, hit the transfer market.

Sadly, we couldn't get many deals over the line. Not through lack of trying on our part, but perhaps a combination of our naivety and various players/agents and clubs messing us about. Put it down to a learning experience, but no doubt we should have done a lot better.

As for Moshiri's quote today... I sincerely hope it's not a legitimate quote because it shows staggering lack of common sense, ambition and respect for the intelligence of the average Everton fan.

If Moshiri hadnt of taken over we would still have Martinez and things wouldnt be much different than they are now, we still would have sold Stones, but maybe we would have spent the 19m we spent on compo on players instead.

I get people still wanting to believe and theres every chance "he" can correct his mistakes in the next few months/years, but for now, for me, hes in the doghouse.
