To be fair like, you can still be a much better owner of a club without having a boat-load of cash to mass spend on players in a window. Of course Moshiri wants Everton to succeed, and he has made a good start as far as I'm concerned. He has already proved to be a better, more astute owner with his sacking of Martinez, bringing in Koeman and Walsh, and hopefully seriously looking at a new stadium. That is better ownership, all within a few months, isn't it?
