Well, there is the likely half billion stadium debt. He's very much loading us with that or the next 40 yrs. Im not saying I expect Ed him to just wave a magic wand, but we should be mindful he's put no dosh in so far, and if I was a betting man I'd say he'll be gone in the next five with the bast part of a hundred million profit from his good deed at Everton

It's basically just a Mortgage, you calling it like he's ripping fluffy kittens inside out and using them for slippers

The constant bitching at Dave is becoming even more tedious than his drivel. A certain few seem to post nothing but bitching. You know who you are.

YAWN

kopite alert!

Oh sorry, dyslexia kicked in!

Yes it is. That's not my issue with this. My issue is that we have an owner, just like the reds and the Mancs, who will be taking money out (when he sells) not putting it in.
If Bill had put this deal together people would be screaming blue murder

Bill didn't have the nous to deliver this, but no we wouldn't be screaming Blue murder, it's a clever funding vehicle to deliver a dream stadium

How do you think Bill was going to finance WHP if that would have come off? Would he have been covering it like?

You really don't Think anybody would be saying
'Thanks Bill, youv left us half a billion in debt, let other people take tHe risk , whilst you swan off with a massive profit if it all goes well?'

For every Blood Brothers ticket sold we were going to buy 3 bricks, and funds raised from refreshments purchased within the theatre were going to pay for the cement.

A fairly solid plan.

How can anyone waltz off with a profit here unless the scheme is a massive success and the cost of it is sustainable by the business?

Seriously think about what you're suggesting, as one can't happen without the other.
