Two down one to go.

These players dont buy into him or the manager.

We are not at the top of the football food chain Dave. Even The likes of United and Chelsea have to sell their stars if Real Madrid come calling. That situation is not going to improve over the space of 1 or 2 years after nearly 3 decades of under achievement. We need to accept that this will happen in the short term and ensure that our recruitment is top notch and we can slowly move up the food chain.

He cant keep our best talent. Not a great start for this feller is it really?

Dave, not getting into another spat, but in the last 2 days we've heard from Hazard and Eriksen who have both said they'd listen to offers from Spain. Both at big teams who challenged for the title

Players want out, nothing will stop them. It's the way of the world

Same can be said of man utd when they lost Ronaldo. Unless you are Real or Barca there's always a bigger fish in the pond to snap up the talent.

Or in other words it has naff all to do with Moshiri.
Completely different.

Ronaldo had won it all with Man Utd and had always dreamed of playing for Real.

Lukaku hasn't won anything here and doesn't see the club heading anywhere other than probably another 6th place finish.

Ronaldo was surrounded by Rooney, Scholes, Giggs, Ferdinand, Vidic, Evra and Carrick. All serial winners.

You can't blame Lukaku or any other player wanting out - we aren't progressing off or on the pitch.

Only players at the top of the 'football pyramid' real and Barca keep and release players on their terms. De gea and hazard to real and Coutinho to Barca wouldn't surprise me this summer. They are the best players for their respective clubs who are going to be competing in the champions league next season. Should we be surprised that lukaku wants to leave to join a champions league team, as disappointing as the impact it will have on EFC.

I would let the big boys jog off and play their own super league. Then start a new first division with a salary cap and restrictions on foreign players (i.e those not from the British Isles).

Respectfully it's the same. It proves no matter how much money is being pumped in, win pots or not, there is a natural order. If Utd, Bayern, PSG etc. want Lukaku and are willing to pay then nothing will stop him from going.

Where we are in our development is a separate thing altogether, until last year we had two mid-table finishes, we had a midfield of Barry, McCarthy, Lennon and Cleverley. If you can't see progress then sorry to say you're going to struggle to get on in life with those judgement skills.

Is as quick as we want? No, of course not but this is reality and not fantasy land.

That's it, players will always want to go to the top. If Lukaku goes to Chelsea and massively progresses with his off the ball play and hold up he'll be banging the drum for a move to Madrid within 3 years

And we should be arsed what the players think, why? What have they ever won or achieved for the club? Bin the lot of them before I'd bin Moshiri, he's been here 10 minutes and already got the new stadium further off the powerpoint screen than anyone else in the previous regime managed for 20 years. Not to mention chasing a garbage manager out of the club and paying out to take another club's who'd finished above us.
You'd bin a player who got 70 goals for us rather than a feller who'd done nothing for us?

The stadium scheme isn't a scheme and HASN"T got anywhere near as far down the line as either DK or KD.
