I cannot believe he couldn't see what a liability Elstone is,shambles regarding a new stadium/Commercially and building new revenue streams and a better online presence to attract fans and more sponsorship.
The Kitbag deal should have shown what a mess the club is commercially and Moshiri couldn't see how glaringly awful that deal was,if he did he would have sacked the entire commercial dept and Elstone asap built a new commercial dept with competent people who know how to attract commercial partners.
Bayern Munich have a commercial dept of around 20/30 people,they are an absolute juggernaut commercially that club,if he was bold enough he should have recruited people from that club,pay them more what they are getting there and get them at goodison and use their experience and knowledge and replicate at some level at Goodison.
The last results had the commercial revenues at €26 million which has hardly been an improvement since he has been here,it shows to me he really hasn't got a clue how to grow revenues,the tv one is set by SKY/BT and the matchday revenue is being hamstrung by Goodison,the only way right now to grow revenues further is commercially and Moshiri is found wanting on that.
