Sounds like rs wummery to me tbh.Heard a shocking rumour about Moshiri and what’s going on with our transfer window this summer. To get straight to the point, we haven’t got a pot to piss in, Koeman and Walsh’s lavish spending is going to take a few years to repair. Our wage bill is too much and 4-5 others are going to need to leave. Then we break even with no new faces. Moshiri wants to cash in on Pickford to help fund 1-2 new faces.
It’s looking like Silva is going with what we have, plus a new left back and centre back. I’m a little bit disappointed but if it means we survive and grow again in the future then it’s neccessay.
It's appeared in a few places mate, I can see the logic however unpalatable it is.
The accounts will be up until the end of may 2018 so they will include Rooney's wages.I make it at about 125 mill now we the sales we have made.
You can bet your life he is having his ear bent over there with talk of CL football and big league games etc.
If he was an outfield player I would harbour doubts about us ever seeing him in an Everton shirt again.
As it is, he would be no improvement for any team in the top five, bar one.....and even Moshiri would not dare sell to that particular team.
So unless there is a very quick sale of De Gea to Real Madrid in the next few weeks, I think Pickford will be here for at least one more season.
Unless Arsenal prioritise a goalkeeper.

Our wage bill was 106m last accounts im pretty sure.
Frauhad moshiriYeah, he’s a good ole “carpet bagger” as some muppets on here call him for sure!
We cant keep selling players becasue the price is right, thats not a long term plan. In the past we have always had two or three players that we could get a good fee for, where now down to just one, our only real asset. Add to that we need to buy one keeper as it, do we really want to have to bring two keepers into the club while it looks like we might struggle to buy anyone this summer anyway? We have to keep Pickford no matter what we get offered and force out the deadwood to make a budgetArsenal have signed Leno.
The concern would be a side like Bayern, who see him as a long term replacement.
I'd sell Pickford if the price was right mind, but we may not have a goalkeeper left at this rate!
No one is going to pay a massive fee for Pickford on the back of one world cup.We cant keep selling players becasue the price is right, thats not a long term plan. Coleman would still fetch a premium too, so that`s two, but there`s no way Seamus is going anywhere either. We cant keep selling players becasue the price is right, thats not a long term plan.
