Moshiri hasn't spent £500 million on transfers. He has spent £450m in total, which includes buying the Club.

As for Moshiri spending £500m, on the Stadium. He isn't spending anything, we are trying to arrange finance for the Stadium, and it will be Everton that repays the loans and not Moshiri.
