We have been getting a shiny new ground for the last twenty years. We signed a lease on BMD in 2017. Furthermore, we had diggers on site in 2017.

As for having a bigger Net spend, that is a sign of failure. Look at what they have won since Moshiri arrived. We can't even get in to Europe. We appointed Carlo outspent the kopites and finished 10th.

We are now looking to appoint one of their ex managers who has done nothing since Chelsea binned him.

Maybe you should stop branding people as kopites and have a look at how badly we have been run under Moshiri. What is the point of having money when we spunk £45m on Siggi.

Anyway a naming rights deal alone won't be 200 million. Man City's is 15 Million a year roughly.

If you let's say do a deal for 10 years at that rate (pushing it) that's far short of 200 million.

He won't be investing any personal capital into this project.

You are right about the loan part, we will be in debt up to eyeballs with a negative wage turn over.

He walks away we go into administration.

If we are having a stadium built, he will want to sell the club eventually, that is why a mid table manager is coming in to make us stay afloat until then.

This is the only situation that makes sense.

I have two questions for you kind sir.
1. Would you be happy with Usmanov(one of the richest men in the world) as owner?
2. Would you be happy with Everton building a new state of the art stadium at BMD?

And more he's over half a billion better off since he bought Everton, he increased his wealth by 300 million in 2020, 190 million in 2019.

Well Usmanov/Moshiri have only been here 5 years so what relevance does the other 15 years under a penniless owner have to BMD?

also building a stadium on a WHS takes a lot of time not just sticking a hole punch stand onto an existing ground.

For someone who deals in facts I thought you would know that...
 

He meddles more than scooby doo and the gang. Should leave acquiring managers to informed individuals rather than his whims and advice from other oligarchs.
 
So, when and if Rafael is hired.. Will people turn their anger towards Moshiri (Usmanov)?? Moshiri out shouts and the like?


I could see this going all 'Everton that' and him driven out of the club, taking the plans to the new stadium with him...
