What I mean is other clubs have had dodgy owners. Some big players still do. RA built Chelski over a 20 year period with less competition and rapid success. Whether we like it or not, without that level of investment, very very difficult to compete when you've not been at the top table in 30 years. The sanctions against Moshiri's mate, appalling staff and player recruitment, plus the decision to let the pre 2016 hierarchy continue leading the club day to day appear to have caught up with us.

But we have had that level of investment, one of the biggest spenders since 2016. Just wasted it, that's the difference.
