"But Fahrad, they dont even have ink in the Fax machine, please let me leave, I will go back to siberia and work for free, just get me the hell out of HERE, the tanned 1 they call Robert keeps winking at me and asking me to go on a bike rides with him, im scared Fahrad"

...if only Usmanov had taken over. Helicopter rides over the Irish Sea for a few of our backroom team.

Are people writing off the new owner already? lol

Davek as far as I can tell, the man who would argue black was white if he thought it would get a reaction and wind people up on here! According to him our new man is an Iranian tit, Persian something or other, and his latest little gem - Bouffant headed divvy! But hey he's Davek, the man who stops reading other peoples posts as soon as he sees something that may actually make some sense - but he doesn't agree with. Anyway Roberto got 72 points nearly two seasons ago so Davek must be right!

He needs to give Moshiri the same amount of time he's prepared to give our manager before jumping to conclusions.

@davek just wants to see concrete immediate actions. Its the last 30 years that has done this to some's thinking. Particuarly the broken promises. Absence of bricks and mortar improvements and a commercial revenue stream that has lagged behind where it should do.

As I stated in the Stadium Debate thread.

Moshiri as a new investor will not simply come in and carve up the business and start mass sackings.

He'll look to improve gradually. An evolution of what has come before. The key thing is to increase resourcing in the short term.

As sad as it is for Dave. Those that he despises are not instantly going to be forced out the club.

We should focus on constructive elements of improving the club. Plus giving Roberto Martinez more resources into the team to improve our defence lapses and improve creativity and goalscoring.

Moshiri has experience from similar situations at Arsenal. Board room wars are not what we need right now.

We need stadium developments and player acquisitions. Plus tin pots!

@The Esk

The last few weeks have been a bit odd to say the least. First, we had the sight of Bill draped all over Moshiri almost displaying a behaviour that bordered on a self confidence that nothing has changed and he has bagged a chump cash man. Then we had Brown shoes informing the echo that the current chairman would be the right person to oversee a war chest of club spending.

If I was Moshiri I would not be happy one bit with the behaviours from Bill and Bobby over the last days and weeks.

months and years too!

Agreed but it,s the sheer arrogance of the behaviours and statements from both when we are only weeks into this shareholder on-boarding into the club.

Something is not right somewhere.

Exactly my thinking, which is why I believe he's happy to just be a silent partner. If he wanted control he wouldn't be taking that.

I do not think you actually know what the purpose of either party (Kenwright or Martinez) have in what they may have said to the media.

Perhaps it is simply just 'media management'

They (the media) are the first to make unrealistic expectations from a shareholder investment - than actual fans are.

Just for click bait.
