We equally need to avoid pandering to demands to act at their whims and allow the board (Moshiri's board) to make decisions when they need to. Not when twitter brigade are demanding it.

I fear we will sleepwalk into 'EFC management by twitter' or continual 'crises management' when some declare a manufactured crisis.

I think Martinez is aware, and has been told he can leave by 'mutual consent' at the end of season, which would explain why he's not been sacked yet. Just my take on it anyway.
