Money attracts Money, rich plaything we may become, you've heard the players say once Eveton has touched you, it will be the same for Billionares too...Jesus Christ! They're like buses, these billionaire investors ...
Forza Putin
I believe this too.
I also believe we have just become very rich, very stable, a much bigger player commercially (home and abroad) and a more desirable place to play (actually, thats not possible ). I'm 100% certain either a new stadium or re-development of the Old Lady is also on the cards.
And you know what - all this and the core values, integrity, tradition, heart and soul of the club is still intact. If this turns out to be another false dawn, or worse another Peter Johnson situation, Ill be shocked, angry and saddened. But I seriously believe it is not like that this time around. 30 years of bad luck and sob stories, maybe just maybe, our luck has finally changed.
Once Bill has told him the tales of the Boys Pen, he'll be onboard.Forza Putin
Oh he really is mega rich mate ....but the more the merrier tho.My comment a few pages back. This is the wish as alone he isn't the mega rich guy alone we all want.
Hoping this is the case.
I don't know how legitimate that twitter account is, but they are making some really big claims on there. One including Yarmalenko, Rooney & Begovic to join with no sales out.
What you say is correct though. Lets not underestimate the guy in question. He has personal wealth of between 1.3-2 billion. Not a poor man by any stretch. We have now become very appealing to further investors though. Once we sort the ground situation out we will be primed for a big sale.
We are in a footballing hotbed of an area. 1 Of only 4 teams. None of the other 3 will be saleable. By the sounds of it, this fella won't mind working alongside others. I wouldn't be surprised if he'd happily dilute shares again after the ground move in exchange for further investment, as it will continue to grow.
Compare that to say United, who would cost a fortune and in all honesty are in a bit of a mess. Exciting times.
In fairness also to BK - who has protected not only the core values but added a billionaire. Whatever we say he does have the interests of the club at heart.I believe this too.
