We are a club based on heritage and tradition. I think we should keep the old favourite songs. It should be his song forever. If he wins consecutive trebles, then we can change it to “you’re just our fat spanish waiter“ but until then, keep it as it is.

Cut the emotion will ya? If you want our club to succeed you have to get behind the manager and the players not make his and their lives hell from day 1. For sure there's plenty to be said about Rafael Benitez but he's going to be here trying to make us succeed. If you can't see that we've been failing for 26 years then your heads are in the sand.

As much as I have reservations about appointing an ex RS manager I'm supporting Everton instead of anything else.

And as for the board. Rightly or wrongly - at least they've had some balls this time and not another nobody appointment (granted Carlo wasn't but all too often that is the case).

Yes, he is one of the best players in the present League 1 where he has found his level. Can't remember where he is now though, Sunderland still or ?

The thing is you could have a thread on nuno and it would yield a similar result (although i do understand the sentiment behind this one.) Everyone has their own opinion as to who they want as manager. I do find the title of the thread counter productive and disrespectful though.
