Birmingham and Reading in the Championship especially Birmingham say hello on that.Only Everton can break the financial rules and still be one of the worst teams in the league. The incompetency that has run the last decade may well be coming home to roost. It's happened to other teams and fan sets and it can happen to us.
He's as red as Jimmy tarbuckRead his past posts. Called Onana a Judas. Went on a tirade about how we could never beat Brentford and then made out how Southampton could. Said about one our wins that we brought the other team down to our level and that Leeds, saints and Bournemouth are all better teams than us. (This mainly during March).
Seems fishy.
Portsmouth allowed Redknapp to go wild on the back of an FA Cup win. Just like Leeds, took a huge gamble and it failed. This is why FFP came in as it was nearly the death of both clubs.Birmingham and Reading in the Championship especially Birmingham say hello on that.
Harry Redknapp and his input saw spending accelerate, Zola too while Birmingham almost went down twice in the period.

Don't forget too he helped to nearly lead QPR to a record fine. Not wholly his fault but the Football League wanted to fine them £50-60m, I remember £57m mentioned.Portsmouth allowed Redknapp to go wild on the back of an FA Cup win. Oh man, I hope it’s not true. If so, add cheating to the list of things we are terrible at!A Premier League statement confirmed that Everton had been charged under Rule W.82.1, the same rule that Manchester City is alleged to have breached.
“In accordance with Premier League Rule W.82.1, the Premier League confirms that it has today referred an alleged breach of the League’s Profitability and Sustainability Rules by Everton Football Club to a Commission under Premier League Rule W.3.4,” it said. “The assessment period for which it is alleged that the Club is in breach is the period ending Season 2021/22.”
“The proceedings before the Commission will, in accordance with Premier League Rule W.82, be confidential and heard in private. Under Premier League Rule W.82.2, the Commission’s final award will be published on the Premier League’s website. The League will be making no further comment until that time.”
The talk the media wants to go with with points deduction is interesting. Even if there is something technically, based on a transfer as they claim, we brought in 6-7m more than was spent, and didnt spend that much. That means any "transgression", WHILE under the oversight and approval of the league itself, would be something like 1-2 million over allowed spending. Compared with things that Man City and others have done, it would be almost nothing but technically something. You'd have to be really showing your hand to push for points deductions on that instead of a fine or something, even if they decide it has any merit.

All I can say is that any coach is going to want better players to improve the team and keep their job. If those above the coach allow a spend, spend, spend policy instead of questioning how good the coach actually is, then you get these situations. FFP is designed to level the playing field but like VAR, is sadly lacking.Don't forget too he helped to nearly lead QPR to a record fine. Behave with this chat, if you think everyone who breaks the PL rules will be punished proportionately you living in dreamland.Chelsea might well have spent 600m, but most of it was spread over 8 years.
They also earn around 600m a year income.
Not quite sure why people keep bringing Chelsea up.
If they broke the rules, they will be punished, we broke the rules.
I dont think Everton have been punished proportionately.Behave with this chat, if you think everyone who breaks the PL rules will be punished proportionately you living in dreamland.
Just laughable that City can bend all the rules, Chelsea can splash £600m in 12 months, and we're the only ones set to be punished. Yes, we deserve to be punished, but others have committed worse crimes than us and get away with it.
Levy’s fault now…
So that’s the EFL, PL, Sky, BBC, journalists & Levy all conspiring against us?
