Acknowledges top teams benefit from 5 subs from having stronger squads, but still in favour of that rule change.

He was showing everyone his hand still15 min late to his presser. I think he's done one on us.
Just think whatevwr happens the center of the pitch cb cm must be improved onThis ^^^
Would give Lampard minimum 2 full seasons and if we are showing no signs of improvement then atleast by then we can look for another manager who will suit the squad he will have built in that 2 seasons.
Interesting way of thinking about it and tend to agree."Fat Sam was put in a similar position and he made a difference" he was the last manager that came to Everton that was the right fit for the club, and we sacked him, without question the worst move we have made in the last 27 years that, we needed a season of stability and sacked the manager that gave it to us
Would something like this be appropriate for our situation?Put a suit on Frank and look like you mean business .You ain't one of the lads anymore. It starts from you and works its way like blood through veins.
Maybe. We've seen it at Goodison before and it worked. Not sure the suit works on our manager, when the opposing manager has seen it before.Would something like this be appropriate for our situation?

Agree with point 2, clown that fella. The press conference:
1/ FL states how crucial the CB situation is for us. I know he was formally signed in as manager on the last day of the window, but informally he had it for a day or so before and he really should have demanded a CB in January. The ones who came in in the last 48 hours were in areas we aren't desperate to address.
2/ That Alistair McGowan is a 'kin plank. I dont think I;ve ever heard a decent question from him....'do you think a psychologist would be of use for your away form?". Nobhead. And he shouldn't even be allowed to ask a question of Lampard given his Abramovic question to him three weeks ago. It's obvious Lampard cant 'kin stand him.
3/ It's obvious that FL sees Gordon as a massive talent. If we stay up it's going to be interesting seeing how a world class player like him manages this lad. IMO he's going to kick on and become a very very good PL player and a regular England international.
