Yep let’s get rid of Lampard and put another inexperienced manager in charge to the name of Duncan Ferguson. Dunc has been part of the failed experiment over the past 5 years and he should be one of the first people booted out of the club along with Unsy during the summer.

Do you think Duncan had any say in Rafael's decisions? In any of the purchases over the last few years?

All we can say is that Duncan's teams had lots of fight in them. In what way has Frank improved EFC? He ok'd the Deli Ali
deal and the Van der Beek loan. The first was diabolical and the second is so far so so. Frank preferred Coleman to Patterson.
Played 5 at the back with two wing backs for whom the other half of the pitch is a foreign country.

But I say we stay with Frank in the Championship because Moshiri's decisions are invaribly bad and he would replace Frank with
someone worse. Also, I dont want to see Frank and his mates get the big pay-off for a bad job.

Lampard can’t be blamed for cowardice of the players. They are professionals and mostly internationals.

He can be criticised for not managing the game though. It was obvious our right side was being overrun against Burnley and his persistence with playing Kenny who offers nothing is strange.

He should have parked the bus second half, brought fresh legs on, he done that enough times under mourinho.

So Carlo had nothing to do with them getting 59 points last season either?

They probably laugh at Frank Lampard. They have let down our two previous managers who have won countless leagues and pots all over Europe. Including multiple champions leagues.

They have witnessed experienced shrewd tacticians of high caliber. In walks Frank.

That’s not comparing apples with apples though is it? He had over a full season with them, and had creative players like Digne and James. Let’s not forget they bottled it last season going for Europe too. No wonder he asked Real to take him back.

Lampard’s took over from Benitez when they’ve been getting pumped. He’s not going to be able to polish a turd that quick.

After a day or two thinking of what happened against Burnley, I realised Frank Lampard was either naïve or inexperience with relegation battle.

This is just my opinion! At 2-2, he shouldn't have put in Gray for Gordon. We were away and fought hard, but our away form is atrocious this season, our defense is worse and our player's mental strength is extremely fragile. If you look at previous stats, we tend to error later in the game. And sure enough, history repeats itself and we lost.

It has everything to do with concentration and focus for the full 90 minutes - mentality or mental strength as we put it.....But these players have shown they aren't capable to have that concentration for 90 minutes. It is Frank's job to either motivate or manage the game (i.e. substitution and tactics set up). The team attack well but they forgot they have to protect the points earned. It's not 3 points or nothing. 1 point would've kept the distance too.
